ADDING OR REMOVING A MEMBER
ADDING A MEMBER
At RHG Vacation Club you are allowed 2 members on the membership if at any time you only have one person on the membership you are able to add another person.
Please fill out Addendum for Weeks Members or Addendum for Points Members. Please remember to Sign ALL sections or the application will be invalid.
Once completed please forward to RHG Vacation Club by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail. We will contact the new member to confirm that they would like to be added to the membership. There is no cost to add a person to the membership.
REMOVING A MEMBER
If at any time a person would like to be removed from the membership a Form 2- Schedule B has to be filled out and signed by both parties. This shows us that both parties agree to the person being removed from the contract.
REMOVING A MEMBER DUE TO DIVORCE
To remove a person due to divorce/separation a divorce settlement will need to be provided. If for any reason you are not able to provide the divorce settlement a Schedule B will have to be submitted.
DEATH OF A MEMBER
If case of a death please forward a copy of the death certificate. If there is another person on the membership, they will become the sole owner of the membership. If the member that passes away is the sole member and it is not willed, the membership will be cancelled.
REMOVING A MEMBER WHILE UNDER FINANCING
If you are currently Financing your membership and would like to remove a person from the membership please fill out a Schedule B form. *Although removed from the Membership they are still legally obligated to the conditions relating to the promissory note.
RHG VACATION CLUB RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY ADDING OR REMOVING OF A MEMBER due to documents not being completed, the new member refusing to speak with us, or for any other valid reason.
